  • Water
  • Yeast
  • Salt
  • Pumpkin seed
  • Nuts
  • Dried berries. 

Method: Take a bowl and add lukewarm water to it. Add the yeast and let it activate. After the activation, add the wheat and salt and knead it properly. After you are done kneading it, fold the seed, but and berries together and let it rise for 30minutes. Cook it at 375° for 30 minutes.

Serve it cold with a bit of butter and a glass of milk
